Shannon and Josh knew each other from the time they were babies. Their parents were good friends while the two were growing up, going camping and boating together. When they ran in to each other again two years ago they became inseparable. Josh proposed the night before Christmas Eve, in front of his whole family. Shannon thought they were all sitting down to open their presents, but when Josh bent down to get her present he turned around on bended knee and popped the question. She loved getting to show off her "present" -- her beautiful engagement ring -- at the family Christmas celebrations.
